One of the ways members can help with the Wherry Maud Trust’s objectives is to consider leaving a legacy to the charity. Gifts, no matter how small, are always welcome.

Do take legal advice when drawing up your will.

Trustees will use any legacy to Wherry Maud Trust to help preserve and operate Maud.

Please discuss with our trustees if you wish to put legal restrictions on how we use the bequest, as doing this may cause difficulties. We will always try to comply with any preferences you have on how we use the money.

Wherry Maud Trust is a registered charity, no. 1161285, and that means that any bequest will be exempt from inheritance tax.
